MANUFACTURING WITH LIQUID PLASTICS

PREPARATION FOR PRODUCTION
Liquid plastic. To organize production, first of all, a sample model will be required. On it, you first need to make a form of special silicone or polyurethane components. With experience and quality of materials, you can learn how to remove forms from models at such a high level that fingerprints on products will even be visible (if necessary). That is, a copy is obtained at the level of identity, which cannot be distinguished without the naked eye. Plastic products can be given complex compounds with any relief. If there is no ready-made model for the sample, but you need to make unique products, you can order it from the owners of the 3D printer. By the way, casting is significantly higher in terms of performance of 3D printing from plastic.
Varnishes and paints for plastic.
When your product is ready, it can be formalized with the help of related products, which is attached to liquid plastics:

paints for artistic effects;
primers;
glue.
Naturally, in some cases you can’t do without creativity, and you will have to manually paint products, which may affect performance. But creating every business is an undeniably creative process. After all, financial management is an art.

WE MAKE A PRODUCT FROM LIQUID PLASTIC
Form removal. The technology for creating the ideal small relief in the manufacture of silicone molds with your own hands. First you need to prepare all the components and materials. We will need:

Selicon Platinum.
Liquid plastic Axson FASTCAST F18 (white, has the consistency of water, odorless!).
The dye for silicone is scarlet.
Polyurethane varnish.
Libra.
Syringe.
Pilka Buff.
Securely fasten the model-model at the bottom of the formwork to form, using neutral wax plasticine (to avoid leakage of silicone). We paint silicone, from which the finished form will turn into a scarlet color, so that the quality of mixing the components of the liquid, white plastic color is clearly visible on the form. Useful advice: to make the shape perfect, you should first coat the model with silicone using a wide brush. Thus, gently fill all the relief grooves of the compound. Only after that, fill the mold completely. Silicone fill the entire formwork. We leave for fixing the structure of the form for 7-8 hours. The hardest thing is behind.

Congratulations !!! Now you have a ready-made form for the repeated production of copy products of the model sample. Before starting casting, make sure that the mold is completely dried in order to avoid the formation of bubbles. Then very carefully mix the plastic components 1: 1 by weight (for this it is better to use pharmacy or laboratory electronic scales). The setting time is 7 minutes, but it will take another 20 minutes to fully consolidate. This plastic is neutral to silicone and does not stick to it. But after repeated use of the compounds over time, you may need a grease separator with the protective properties of EaseRelease. After the required time has passed, we get the finished product, which is copied exactly according to the sample.
